(4) Minerals: Most mineral feeds have little or little adhesion, poor pelletizing performance and low pelleting yield. Therefore, when the inorganic (mineral) content is high, it is usually necessary to add a small amount of binder (such as molasses) to the material to improve the pelletizing performance and increase the output of the poultry feed pelletizer and feed crushing mixer.
